Wow we don’t have ANY bugs in California that colorful!!! (At least not that I’ve seen.) Beautiful!! 🙂
Oh thank you, I’m so proud of the Oleander Moth. They are fascinating!!! You’d love them. They mimic the flight patterns of wasps, sort of shaped like a large wasp as you can see, and that scares predators, those bright colours sort of buzzing at them aggressively- however, the Oleander is really as harmless as a butterfly (that isn’t poisonous like the monarch of course). Perfectly edible. Nature is astounding. They are fairly difficult to photograph, but I put on the charm 😉
I love it! The colors are so vibrant and wow, beautiful macro shots! These are challenging and I have yet to master it. =)
Thank you for drizzling by, much appreciated! So elated you enjoyed my wee photos. I am so in love with Florida’s wee creatures. I am sure you will indeed master macro!! I look forward to seeing some soon. Cheers to you grand one,
Autumn Jade
=D What zoom lens did you use with this? What body do your cam have?
I used 18-55 mm lens for these with my d40x Nikon. P.S. What kind of camera do you use?
beautiful!
Thank you!
