Breathtaking pictures and words.
Thank you very much!!
Wow! That packs a huge punch in a few words and even fewer pictures. Can’t get much more powerful than that! 🙂 Well done my friend. 🙂
It was a very interesting chat! He said a plethora of things, but that one little sentence he had uttered early-on in our conversation was, to me, the most potent. In the beginning of our talk, he had given a false name, and by the end, I knew his real name. So happy you enjoyed this post!! Thanks so much for splashing by dear Marsha! Cheers,

You know how to draw people out of their shells. I think it’s because you are so open and real.
Thank you. This is a nice theory. I think it is because I am so villainous, intimidating and formidable, however. 😉
True! Terrifying, really :{
Thank you!!! You are TOO TOO kind!! What a darling friend you are…thank you!! HUGS!!!!
Stunning poem, incredible photos. Very moving!
Thank you so much!
Yes, I agree with the rest. Your words and photos are really stunning in the true sense of the word, and did make me catch my breath. What a sad existence some people live.
Thank you so for your kind comment. Yes, such a sad existence, indeed…such pain. I was delighted to be someone to listen for a while. We went on an exquisite walk together, through a wispy breath of icy rain, as evening began to bruise the dull blue light; and he shared various slide-show memories of his life with me as he recalled them, staring up at some familiar buildings. He looked startled by new ones, and by the calvous voids where some had been vanquished and torn away. He looked so sad and vulnerable, as he noted the many changes that had occurred in the years he’d been away, in prison. And there was such fragility in his hopes…and in his eyes, as he spoke of his faith in the future. I was honoured, indeed, to take that walk with him. Thank you for visiting, dear friend! Always such a joy,
