Hello Jade,
Beautiful post, the images and quotes from Rachel Carson fits perfectly.
I remember reading the book “Silent Spring” during my school days and the discussions in our “nature club”.
This post is bringing back those memories 🙂
Ahoy Sreejith,
Thank you so much! Rachel Carson has been a great inspiration to me. I adore “Silent Spring.” It opened up a whole new world of science communication to me- it was so beautifully written. A book that made quite a difference, indeed.
I am so glad this brought back those memories. Sounds like it was a fabulous time.
I hope to read other books Rachel Carson wrote about the sea, as well. How I love the sea.
Thank you for the delightful comment and for drizzling by and having a look about.
Smiling cheers 🙂

Nature , all of nature , all life. Is dependent on each other. Be it so small , that life needs to be magnified , a hundred thousand time. To be seen. Or be that life be the biggest , largest cretcher known. One be lost , then the remaining lifes are affected.
The pitches and words , hear , Babs , a great art of yours.
Thank you Mr. Ken D. Williams! So very true indeed, dear matie. Cheers!

Hello AJ 😀 How are you both ? I am sorry I have not spoken to you for a very long time. Just so busy ! My Inbox is finally empty so I have a few fleeting moments with you. I hope you are enjoying your life in Fl. I see you have not changed at all 😀 Ralph xox ❤
An apology is never needed from you dear matie! I have been engaged with some online classes, so I have been a bit absent from the net these past several months, meself. I hope to be enjoying more frequent visits to your blog in the days to come.
Thank you so much for drizzling by, dear Ralph. It is such a joy seeing your smiling be-hatted visage, and reading your thoughtful words. Thank you very much indeed. I so appreciate your taking the time to write such a divine comment, thank you!!
REALLY? I have not changed? I was only hoping to have become even brinier and more gnarled than ever, like any good piece of barnacled driftwood at sea would be wont.
Ever grinning with you.
Smiling cheers and bug hugs to you, dear Ralph,
-Olde Smiling Toad
I am pleased to read that you are busy and I could never see you gnarled or barnacled AJ. I see you more as a mermaid 😀 ❤
